Pro Camp Sports – T.R Goodman

For over two decades Goodman has been providing elite athletes with an all-inclusive approach to physical improvement. In addition to his sport specific three-phase workout regimen for hockey players during the summer, his approach also highlights mental development and provides nutritional advice. Goodman is the founder of Pro Camp which is considered one of the top off-ice training centers for professional athletes and is based at the original Gold's Gym in Venice, California. Over the years Goodman has worked with some of the most gifted athletes and entertainers in the world, Mario Lemieux, Chris Chelios, Rob Blake, Sidney Crosby, Anson Carter, Gabrielle Reece, Laird Hamilton, Jennifer Capriati, Willie McGinest, Fernando Vargas and Actors James Caan and Ray Liotta just to name a few.
