Eustace L. King oversees all aspects of O2K's business, contract negotiation, sports marketing, athletic training, health management and wealth management. Before O2K, King was a Director at the National Hockey League. By the age of 31, he had become one of the NHL's most influential young executives. He jointly oversaw corporate sponsorship and was directly responsible for new business development for the League. King, in conjunction with his Group Vice President, managed a division that represented in excess of $375 million in worldwide marketing, advertising and promotional support for the sport of hockey. Despite a challenging economic environment, King worked to renew several high profile NHL business partners such as Anheuser-Busch, MasterCard and MBNA, while adding four new partners - Best Buy, Kellogg's, Sirius Satellite Radio and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. While at the NHL, King served as a member of NHL Diversity, designed to introduce economically disadvantaged children of diverse ethnic backgrounds to the game of hockey while also teaching them other essential life skills. In addition, King has been a part of the coaching and evaluation staff for the USA Hockey National Team Development Program, where athletes are annually selected to represent their country in international competition.
Prior to joining the National Hockey League, King served as a Media Buyer/Planner for Leo Burnett Worldwide, one of the most prominent advertising agencies in the world. King was a key contributor to strategic consulting, marketing plan development and promotional program implementation. In addition to those responsibilities, King identified and negotiated placement in national and local media to generate awareness, increased sales and repeat purchases for the Miller Brewing Company, McDonalds, Ameritech Cellular and the Leo Burnett International Media Group.
King received his joint degree in Mass Communications and Sociology at Miami University (Oxford, Ohio). He also was a member of the nationally ranked men's CCHA Division 1 Varsity Ice Hockey Championship Team and was a two time recipient of an Academic and Athletic Excellence Award.

Matthew G. Oates oversees all aspects of O2K's business, contract negotiation, sports marketing, athletic training, health management and wealth management. Before O2K, Oates was drafted by the New York Rangers in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft. Oates enjoyed a nine year professional hockey career, mostly within the Chicago Blackhawks organization. After Oates' professional hockey career he became a senior-level executive of Corporate Sales and Marketing for Diamond Sports Management. He jointly oversaw corporate sponsorships and was directly responsible for new business development for the Idaho Steelheads hockey team and the Bank of America Centre. Oates' group managed a division that represented millions of dollars in marketing and advertising for Diamond Sports Management.
Oates attended Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) where he was a member of the nationally ranked men's CCHA Varsity Ice Hockey Championship Team. He received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science.

Christopher (CJ) Oates serves as Chairman of O2K. As Chairman, Oates is responsible for the overall strategic leadership of the firm and oversees O2K's policies, personnel, and resources. In addition to his O2K duties, Oates is currently the Managing Director of RimLight, LLC, a privately held, diversified investment fund, where he is responsible for all investment and private placement activities. Prior to the formation of the RimLight, LLC fund, Oates held senior level strategic planning, finance, and business development positions in Ortronics, Inc., and Brightpoint, Inc. (NASDAQ: CELL) where he specialized in the design and implementation of M&A/JV-driven entry strategies for markets throughout Europe, South America, and the Middle East with a primary focus on China, Southeast Asia, and the balance of Asia Pacific.
Oates is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Loyola University in Chicago and holds a MBA with additional certifications in Forensic Accounting, Valuation, and Corporate Financial Strategy from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Steve Reich serves as Outside Legal Counsel, Consultant, and Marketing Executive for O2K. Reich began representing professional athletes in 1987. Currently, he represents Mario Lemieux, owner and star player of the Pittsburgh Penguins, for all of his personal marketing, licensing and endorsement matters. From 1993 to 2000, Reich was the President of RBRT Sports Group, one of the largest hockey representation groups in the world. While there he represented such athletes as Hall of Famer Mario Lemieux, Ron Francis, Chris Chelios, Tom Barrasso, Luc Robitaille, Kevin Stevens, Scott Gomez, Brad Stuart and dozens of other outstanding players.
In 2001, Reich founded Reich Publishing & Marketing, where he continued to represent Mario Lemieux, Ron Francis, Hall of Famer Scotty Bowman, and the Quecreek Miners to promote and manage their marketing, licensing and endorsement opportunities. Some of the companies that Reich Publishing & Marketing have secured marketing and endorsement contracts with are: Bayer/GlaxoSmithKline (Levitra), Nike, The Hockey Company, Microsoft, EA Sports, The Home Depot, Kellogg's, Campbell's, Sam's Club, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco, Be A Player Trading Cards, Steiner Sports, Topps Trading Cards and Upper Deck.
Reich graduated from Bucknell University, earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh Law School and entered the world of athlete representation shortly thereafter. Reich is a licensed attorney and is certified by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Dean Grillo is the Director of Player Personnel for O2K Worldwide Management Group. His primary responsibilities include scouting and evaluating prospective professional athletes. In addition, Grillo also oversees O2K's player development and assists in the day to day management of current O2K clients.
Prior to joining O2K, Grillo was drafted by the San Jose Sharks in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft. He played three years in the Sharks organization, two years with the Kansas City Blades and one year with the Kentucky Thoroughblades. Grillo finished his playing career in Europe playing in the Finnish Elite League for Jyvaskla and in Germany for Crimmitschau. After Grillo's professional career he served in various capacities within the United States Hockey League. He held positions including Regional Scout, Director of Hockey Operations as well as Head Coach for the Indiana Ice.
Grillo has a wealth of experience in coaching and a family that has a well-respected reputation throughout the hockey community. His father, Chuck, is a scout with the Pittsburgh Penguins, and former Executive Vice President and Director of Player Development for the San Jose Sharks. His brother, Rob, is a scout with the San Jose Sharks and his cousin, Roger, is the Head Coach of the ECACHL's, Brown University.
In addition to Grillo's responsibilities at O2K, he is also the Director of Hockey Operations for Minnesota Hockey Camps. Minnesota Hockey Camps was co-founded by his father, Chuck Grillo and the late Herb Brooks. Throughout its 25 year existence; Minnesota Hockey Camps has had over 300 camp alumni that have gone on to play in the NHL and win NHL awards.
Grillo attended the University of North Dakota playing two seasons for the Fighting Sioux. He received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Marketing from Sullivan University in Lexington, Ky. He resides in Minnesota with his wife Carrie.

James G. "Jim" Oates serves as a marketing consultant for O2K. Oates is the former President and member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Leo Burnett Worldwide and The Leo Group. Oates retired in 2000 after spending his entire 35-year professional career at Chicago-based Leo Burnett Company. During that time he directed the global advertising and marketing efforts for blue chip clients such as Philip Morris, The Coca Cola Company, General Motors, and McDonald's. Leo Burnett currently encompasses more than 300 operating units in 83 markets and is part of The Publicis Group which is the fourth largest communications group in the world.
From 1996 to 1999, Oates served on the Board of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's). Since 1990, he has also served as a Board member of The Ad Council, a non-profit organization that combines the resources of agencies, advertisers and media companies to produce pro-bono advertising for sponsoring organizations, including UNICEF, Earthshare and Mothers Against Drunk Driving. Oates served as Ad Council Chairman from 1999 - 2000. He is also an advisory board member of the Ohio State University Max Fisher School of Business and the Northwestern University Kellogg Graduate School of Business.
Oates attended Ohio State University where he earned a football scholarship, graduating in 1966 with a degree in Business Administration.

Joel L. Boyd serves as an orthopedic consultant for all O2K clients. Dr. Boyd is entering his fifth season with the Minnesota Wild as orthopedic surgeon. In addition, Dr. Boyd is a United States Olympic team physician and recently accepted the position of team doctor for the 2004 U.S. World Cup Hockey Team. Additionally, he serves as a physician at The Orthopedic Center in Eden Prairie, MN.
In the past Dr. Boyd has worked with the Minnesota Vikings (NFL), Minnesota Timberwolves (NBA) and Lynx (WNBA). He also has served as a national team physician for USA Hockey and has been co-medical director for the International Hockey League's (IHL) Minnesota Moose. Dr. Boyd represented his country with the United States ice hockey entries in the 2001 World Championships in Germany and 2002 World Championships in Sweden. In 1998, Boyd was the Olympic team physician for the U.S. men's and women's hockey teams in Nagano, Japan.
Dr. Boyd completed his undergraduate work and received a Master of Science degree from Bucknell University, and graduated from Temple University Medical School. He completed his orthopedic training at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and his fellowship training at the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

T.R. Goodman serves as a consultant for O2K with regard to strength and conditioning for O2K clients. For almost two decades Goodman has been providing elite athletes with an all-inclusive approach to physical improvement. In addition to his sport specific three-phase workout regimen for hockey players during the summer, his approach also highlights mental development and provides nutritional advice. Goodman is the founder of Pro Camp which is considered one of the top off-ice training centers for professional athletes and is based at the original Gold's Gym in Venice, California. Over the years Goodman has worked with some of the most gifted athletes in the world, Mario Lemieux, Chris Chelios, Anson Carter, Rob Blake, Gabrielle Reece, Jennifer Capriati, Willie McGinest and Actors James Caan and Ray Liotta.

Jay Caufield serves as Training and Conditioning Specialist for O2K. Caufield has been training and conditioning elite athletes for more than 10 years. Learning from an early age that conditioning is one of the main ingredients to success as an athlete, Caufield has become renowned for his training and conditioning methods, working with such world-class athletes as Mario Lemieux, Mark Recchi, and dozens of others. Caufield personally knows the value of good conditioning and a good attitude as he was a standout linebacker for the University of North Dakota until a neck injury forced him to leave the game. His passion for competition led him to hockey where his determination, work ethic, and stamina landed him in the NHL. He played professional hockey for ten years earning two Stanley Cup Championships with the Pittsburgh Penguins during his 7 seasons in the NHL. Caufield's training and conditioning methods became so legendary that many of his teammates and colleagues asked to train with him during the off-season. Years removed from playing professionally, Caufield continues to train elite players.
Caufield resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he is a principal in Transaction Solutions, an ID authentication and comprehensive credit card processing solutions corporation.
